It's day 5, and we're still feeling well-fed!  We're also doing a great job of using up our leftovers, which I think is going to be crucial to staying in our budget.  Edward made a loaf of whole-wheat bread in the bread machine today, and I think Kenton would be happy eating nothing but that if we'd let him.  The boy loves bread.

Edward & Emery--pumpkin-apple bread and bacon
Kenton--banana & frosted mini wheats
Keesha--egg and bacon on bagel
Lunch
Edward & Keesha--leftover warm potato salad w/ smoked sausage (I cut the recipe down a little, using about 2 lbs of potatoes and 1/2 lb of smoked sausage), apple slices
Kenton & Emery--Mac & cheese, apple slices
Supper
Edward & Keesha--pasta with chickpeas and broccoli
Kenton & Emery--Mac & cheese, green beans
Snacks
cheddar rice cakes, pancakes (leftover from Sunday), whole wheat toast
