41 cent crackers

Edward got three boxes of crackers at CVS today for a total of 41 cents out of pocket. Both of the kids love crackers, so these will be great for snacking. They were $1.97 each and he had a coupon for $3 off any CVS brand purchase, and $2.50 in Extra Bucks. He also earned $3 in Extra Bucks on this purchase that we can use in the future. With a little planning, CVS Extra Bucks and Walgreens Register Rewards and rebates really help stretch our budget.

Earlier this week we got drinks to feed my caffeine addiction at Walgreens. They had Pepsi products on sale five 12-packs for $15. We had a $3 off any purchase coupon and had enough on a gift card from their Easy Saver rebates to pay for them, so there was no out of pocket expense for us. We also earned $5 in Register Rewards on the purchase, and got a prescription filled that earned us another $25 gift card.
